Little, Little People

It was fun around here this week! Ashton brought his mama and daddy, and Lincoln brought his mama Erin, and we had a big time!

Then they all left, and it's boring again. The most excitment I've had today was the cat puked in the living room. That and mowing the yard, and mopping floors, and paying bills. . . I'd leave, but can't afford the gas!

Ashton is really growing. He coos and smiles and scrunches up when he laughs. Just a supreme cutie pie!!! He also knows how to get his way, which I don't have a problem with. If he's happy, let him have his way. If he's not happy, let him have his way until he is. It just doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out!

Lincoln makes Ashton look really small, but then Linc is a big boy -- big blue eyes and the prettiest red hair! Something in the woodpile there! Ashton has really light hair, and the bluest eyes - - like his Aunt Jifner! (We're still trying to figure out where her blue eyes came from!)

Had a cookout one night with Erin and Jeremy, Sarah and Joey and Todd and Michelle -- and the babies! Mama Jean came for a visit, too. Sarah's still whining because I made Michelle an apple pie and didn't make her a chocolate pie. None of us needed either! But that didn't stop us from eating it!

I have lots of photos of the visit, but can't get them to download. I've resized, moved them from folder to folder, and still won't work. I must be missing a "link"

Hopefully I will be traveling thru Tennessee Monday with some precious cargo. We'll see if it happens. That's all for now. . . luv, mom/mrt (OK, one more try with the photos!) . . . Didn't work.
